Atmel’s AT73C260 is an on-chip USB transceiver that is fully compatible with the USB standard. It is a bidirectional differential interface with three different interfaces: digital, USB2.0 section 7 with or without cable, and IC_USB1.0. The AT73C260 also includes a 3.5V power supply monitor, a low-power bandgap regulator, a 3.3V 70mA linear voltage regulator, and a 1.8V~3.0V 70mA linear voltage regulator SIM FTA. Mainly used in mobile USB UICC (ETSI 102 600), PC USB UICC and Token USB (password and password USB).

Introduction to AT73C260
AT73C260 is an on-chip USB transceiver, which fully complies with the requirements of the Universal Serial Bus specification, specifically, it is compatible with IC_USB1.0. The AT73C260 is a bidirectional differential interface. The AT73C260 is ideal for mobile devices, PCs and Token USB using USB UICC.
The upstream port of the AT73C260 can be connected to 3 different interfaces: digital; USB2.0 section 7 with or without cable; IC_USB1.0.
The downstream port of AT73C260 meets the requirements of IC_USB1.0. Use 3 pins to select the mode of the AT73C260. The downstream port of the AT73C260 is compliant with USB2.0 section 7 when the PVCC is powered by 3.3V and pull-down resistors are added on the PDM and PDP.
