On July 23, the national key R&D program “Additive Manufacturing and Laser Manufacturing” key special project “High-power semiconductor lasers for manufacturing” project “Semiconductor Laser Testing and Demonstration Application in Additive Manufacturing and Laser Manufacturing Equipment” was held. .

In this topic, the Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics is responsible for the research of comprehensive semiconductor testing methods, innovatively proposed the line scanning laser parameter testing technology, and developed a high-power semiconductor comprehensive testing system based on integrating spheres, which can realize the online quality of single DAR after packaging in a stacked array. Testing; Complete the research on comprehensive evaluation methods and comprehensive testing tasks of 10,000-watt semiconductor lasers, solve the problem of comprehensive testing of large divergence angle and large aperture semiconductor lasers, and provide common key testing technologies and services for the smooth development of the project.
